This text constitutes an Agreement between website www.elsifashion.com (hereinafter referred to as "Online shop" or "Website") and the users (hereinafter referred to as "Buyers") of the services provided by the Online shop and defines the terms and conditions for the transactions through the Online shop. These Terms of Use can be updated at any time by www.elsifashion.com, in its sole discretion. GENERAL PROVISIONS This Agreement enters into force at the moment of the checkout of goods by the Buyer.  The information on the Website contains the terms of purchase of goods and represents a public offer under RA legislation:  The Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement at the moment of the checkout of goods.  Any person or legal entity capable to pay for a purchase can shop online on the Website if the delivery address is within the territory of Yerevan, RA.  The payment for a purchase is made as an advance payment at the moment of the checkout by any of the methods available on the Website. INFORMATION ON GOODS The goods are presented in photos, that are www.elsifashion.com’s or its partners' property.  PURCHASE OF GOODS AND DELIVERY The orders are placed via Website. The Buyer has the right to place an order for any good presented in the Online shop. The delivery is free and is done within 1-4 week from the moment of the purchase. In case of delay of delivery of goods, the Online shop shall inform the Buyer by phone or via SMS.  In case of a delay of delivery of goods, the Buyer has the right to cancel the order by phone and get back the amount paid as an advance payment at the moment of the checkout. The money will be refund in 3-5 business days. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All materials contained on the Website belong to www.elsifashion.com and are protected as objects of intellectual property law. All materials contained on the Website are provided solely for the Buyer's personal use and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcasted, displayed, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the owner of those materials. DATA PRIVACY Buyers’ data protection is a priority for the Online shop. Buyer’s collected personal data is used to improve the quality of service and delivery and a Buyer’s personal data can only be transmitted to a third party in the cases stipulated by RA law on "Personal data protection". DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled through negotiations. In case of failure of reaching an agreement disputes are settled in the courts of RA as stipulated in the RA legislation.
